Bob Flatley is a Senior Project Manager with more than 35 years of hands-on experience delivering complex remediation projects for federal, state, utility, industrial, and commercial clients. He has led 33 successful ISTD and ESTD projects—including international implementations in Australia and Singapore—and has managed remediation programs under CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and NRC. Bob’s background spans ERH and TCH systems, excavation, SVE, MPE, IAS, ISCO, bioremediation, and integrated multi-technology remedies, supported by deep operational, engineering, permitting, and regulatory expertise.
Known for his calm command of complex sites, Bob has directed projects ranging from $10K to $3.5M and supported program delivery up to $30M. At ERG, he navigates clients through every milestone—from regulatory strategy and subcontractor management to system installation, operations, and final site restoration—ensuring transparent communication, disciplined execution, and clean closures on even the most challenging sites.
