Danny Baysa
Director of Field Operations
Danny is a founding member of The Environmental Remediation Group, Board Member of CES Group, and acting Vice President of Field Operations. Mr. Baysa has 23 years of experience working as a Field Supervisor on remedial system operations, monitoring, and maintenance as well as 10 years performing landfill operations, maintenance, and monitoring projects. As a Field Supervisor for The Group, Mr. Baysa has participated in the installation, operation, maintenance, sampling, and monitoring of more than 425 environmental projects including such clients as Caltrans, LAUSD, U.S. Navy, and OC Waste & Recycling. Mr. Baysa’s responsibilities include supervision of field personnel and subcontractors in conducting routine and non-routine operations, repairs, groundwater sampling, soil gas network sampling, system upgrades, system construction, operation, monitoring and maintenance of various projects including landfill post-closure maintenance and monitoring. Mr. Baysa has also performed as the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) on more than 200 projects for The Group.
