Allen joined The Environmental Remediation Group in December 2022 as Executive Vice President, leading The Group’s International and Domestic business ventures. He oversees all near and long-term service offerings, directing and implementing The Group’s sales, marketing, service development and strategic planning. He is also responsible for our global business development, leading the full end-to-end client management of our service outreach, opportunity development, and contracting. Allen offers a wealth of strategic domestic and international experience, having worked as the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Planning within federal, state, local and private industry sectors. Allen brings with him a track record of delivering consistent growth in market share, revenue, and profit that spans over two decades.
Allen's Journey
Throughout his twenty-five-year career, Allen has amassed an expansive breadth of experience within various sectors of the environmental industry. His professional history has helped him develop industry leading technical expertise in environmental remediation technologies and applications. He has collaborated on the design, construction, and implementation of remedial systems throughout the United States. His project experience covers the entire range of site conditions and technical complexities, from small scale dry cleaners to some of the largest most complex thermal remediation projects ever completed. In 2010, Allen was part of the core team members that successfully introduced an in-situ thermal remediation (ISTR) start-up company to the North American market. Through mergers and acquisitions and career advancement opportunities Allen has actively participated in the ISTR market, both nationally and internationally since 2010. Mr. Swift is recognized for effective, efficient, and personalized, business management services for clients and vendors.
Allen’s expertise includes business development, government and commercial contracting, teaming strategies, market initiatives, subcontracting, and procurement.
His knowledge base includes portfolio management, legal, regulatory, risk management, conflict and dispute resolution, and business analysis.
He has found successes in shaping constructive internal processes which increase company efficiency and in facilitating cross-departmental communications between business administration, business development, marketing, finance, and operations.
When He Isn't Cleaning Up Contaminants
In his spare time Allen enjoys carrying his golf-bag and walking eighteen-holes at Chambers Bay Golf Course where one day he will (hopefully) break par. He is also trying to develop a normal performance understanding of Kite Boarding and hopes to enjoy that more in the future on waters around the world. Allen and his wonderful wife Sarah share their home with their extended family of furry friends, including two giant little dogs, Louie, and Toni and two curious cats, KeeKee and Henry.
